Once you have successfully logged into your PetWill account on MyPetWill.com, you may be taken to the "View / Edit Existing PetWill" section.
Look to the right side of the page and you will see a red and blue button linked to your downloadable/printable PetWill Pet Trust document. The button is called
DOWNLOAD MY PETWILL
One document for all pets
Once you download this PetWill Pet Trust document in .PDF format, you can view the document and/or print it. Towards the end of the document you will see the "PetWill Schedule B Pet Trust Assets" where you can manually type in the financial information (if any) and print it. Please remember to bring this completed "PetWill Schedule B Pet Trust Assets document" with you at the time of notarization. You do NOT have to bring the "PetWill Pet Trust Instructions" that come with the PetWill pet trust document.
