Your PetWill Pet Trust document requires your signature, two witnesses
and a notary to make sure it is valid. Thus it must be signed and dated
by all parties in front of the notary at the time of notarization of the
document. That is why you cannot "pre-date" or "pre-sign" automatically
when you purchase your PetWill. Inserting the date and other
information is important for identification of your PetWill Pet Trust.
Be sure and fill in all spaces as indicated.
Why do I have to manually write my signature, date and other information in the document? Print
