1. Please make sure that you are logged into mypetwill.com.
2. You may be taken to the "View / Edit Existing PetWill" area of your My Account page.
3. You should see a red and blue button to click on to download your
PetWill document. You can print the document once you open it and enter
the password. The password appears just above this download PetWill
button.
